Hotel Park - Lovran

Great views from the balcony and clean rooms with good facilities. the indoor pool and gym were appreciated. the hotel is well located for local day trips and there are some nice walks nearby.

The hotel is situated by a busy road which can be noisy, so if you're a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs. the breakfast offered limited choices, and the dinner service was slow.

This hotel is fantastic if you ask me. Easy to find, free parking is nearby, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is great. It is really not expensive for a 4star hotel and it offers great value for money. This was our second time in this hotel and we will definetly come back again.

This hotel is located in a charming, affluent town by the coast with stunning views. It's close to a beautiful walking path along the coast and down to the waterfront, making it perfect for trekkers and those who enjoy the outdoors. the rooms and bathrooms are of high quality with automatic controls and plenty of linens. the breakfast is bountiful with both hot and cold dishes available. the staff is welcoming and attentive, adding to the positive experience. the hotel offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi for its guests.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the nearest airport, making transportation to the hotel a bit of a hassle.

When checking in we were asked for our passports Then we were told that reception will keep our passports until we pay, if we want them we have to pay for the room. This is unheard of; the hotel had my credit card details. We travel all over the world including 2 weeks in Croatia, never before have we heard of passports being held “hostages” we paid upfront to “release the hostages”. The room is quite pleasant but no internet in the room, no soap in the bathroom, the air conditioning system is turned off in the middle of the night which leaves you with 2 alternatives - either being cooked in your own sweat or open the window and and hear the noise of the cars on the main road. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Near to the beach, hotel facilities, breakfast, staff. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect- just steps away from a beautiful pebbly beach and a lovely walking path along the coast. The hotel itself has great facilities, including a clean indoor pool and delicious breakfast buffet. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay more fun. The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall was also noteworthy.

Nothing bad to say. Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

Personal really available to solve any problem

I was expecting higher quality, the room I had was really small...we had some small trouble with temperature setting inside the room, but the personnel had solved promptly.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right across from a charming little harbor and on a bustling main street. The hotel offered top-notch services and amenities, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. Our room was well-equipped with everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We loved the terrace and the in-room safe provided extra peace of mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Subjectively: - The buffet for a breakfast isn't too rich with a choice - If at you propensity to an allergy, a carpet on a floor not the best choice.

Everything looks new and works perfectly. Large room. A small beach is right in front, bigger ones are a few minutes walk (all stone/concrete beaches).

Hotel Park Lovran had a wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic and was just steps away from the walkway and restaurants. The room was nice, quiet, and had a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices.

Not enough parking place.

Newly refurbished and renovated, good decoration , quality hotel. Food was very good at dinner. Although not a large selection.

Heater was not operational. They did not want to say this but said that it takes too long to warm the room. They turn up temperature at the reception. We wanted 25 degree Celcius. After 4 hours room temperaure was still the same around 20. I believe during the night it got colder. When I woke up my head was like frozen. For us it was not very comfortable temperature.
